Here's Christy's recipe for Poinsettia or Cranberry Mimosa
½ oz Orange Liqueur (Cointreau or Triple Sec)
3 oz Cranberry Juice
3 oz Champagne or Prosecco
Sugar, for optional rim
Fresh or Frozen Cranberries, optional garnish
If rimming champagne flute or glass, wet rim with triple sec or fruit juice and dip in sugar. Add orange liqueur and cranberry juice to flute or glass. Top with champagne or prosecco. Drop-in cranberries if using.
