Being your client's hero even when you're on the road
John and Angel share from sunny Orlando Florida how they a hotel they are staying at blew their customer service by just not being transparent. John also shares how he is able to be the hero to your clients by having processes to access your critical client files quickly so you can save the day, and get back to vacation.
John recommends using IMAP for your email, and do not use gmail, MSN or other services for your business emails.
Use Dropbox for clients files. Google Drive requires both parties to sign and and Google scans all emails and files!
Use a phone service that will auto forward voice mails to your mobile phone
